What is MinglePic?
MinglePic is an event-based social media app that makes it fun to share photos and videos with other people from the same party, event or location.
- MinglePic is the first social media app that allows people who are not necessarily friends to share their event photos and videos with other people from the same event.
- MinglePic events are not tied to a location but rather to a location at a specific time which makes it the ideal app for parties and events.
- MinglePic uses #hashtags to define the event name and every #hashtag occupies the feed of every user that is within a 10 mile radius (during early product launch that might be up to ~30 miles).

This is Who We Are
Tasja Brewis
Co-founder
Marketing
Tasja has more than 17 years’ experience in marketing and design. Her roles over the years have included managing director, project management, social media manager and she has extensive knowledge of social media.
Her focus at MinglePic is managing the social media channels as well as the marketing for this exciting new app.
In addition to her management background, Tasja is also passionate about photography, although these days her subject matter is focused almost exclusively on her two children and her husky.
Tasja is currently also illustrating a children’s app, which she will be releasing later this year
Steven Brewis
Co-founder
Product Design
Steven also has more than 17 years experience as a UI / UX designer and creative director.
He worked at some of the most successful advertising agencies such as TBWA – OpenCo and Gloo (Now part of Ogilvy).
During his career as a creative director he worked on some of the biggest brands such as BMW, FNB, Vodafone and Standard Bank. He was also Chief Creative Officer at his own agency which he co-founded and ran with Tasja for more than 10 years.
Steven has already built two of his own apps (BleBlo and Plusee) and designed a plethora of apps for his clients as a UX specialist and UI designer.
